Flight Path Wines — Legal, Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 26, 2026

Welcome to Flight Path Wines. By visiting, using, or making a purchase through this website (the “Site”), you agree to the terms, conditions, policies, and notices described below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Age Requirement & Responsible Consumption

You must be 21 years of age or older to access alcohol-related portions of this Site, purchase wine, or receive an alcoholic beverage shipment.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that any person accepting delivery of alcoholic beverages is also at least 21 years old and able to provide valid government-issued identification upon request.

Alcoholic beverages may not be purchased for or delivered to minors.

Please enjoy responsibly.

2. Wine Purchases, Availability & Pricing

All wine purchases are subject to availability and applicable law. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, correct errors, or discontinue products at any time.

Prices, vintages, product descriptions, tasting notes, photographs, and other information displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, we do not warrant that all product descriptions, pricing, images, or other Site content will be complete, current, or error-free.

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product and refund any applicable payment.

3. Shipping & Delivery of Alcohol

Wine may only be sold and shipped to locations where permitted by applicable federal, state, and local law. Availability of shipping destinations may change as laws, licensing requirements, carrier policies, or our business practices change.

Orders containing alcohol require delivery to an eligible recipient who is 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued identification and an adult signature may be required at delivery. Alcohol shipments should not be left unattended or delivered to a minor.

We may use licensed third parties, fulfillment partners, or common carriers to facilitate shipping and delivery.

Shipping times are estimates only. Flight Path Wines is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Because wine is sensitive to temperature, we may delay shipment during periods of extreme heat or cold when we believe doing so is appropriate to protect wine quality.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for ensuring that an eligible adult is available to receive the shipment.

4. Returns, Damaged Wine & Order Issues

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable laws, our ability to accept returns may be limited.

If your wine arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at hello@flightpathwines.com with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damaged shipment.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate order issues through replacement, refund, credit, or another appropriate remedy, subject to product availability and applicable law.

We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for wine damaged after successful delivery due to improper storage, exposure to extreme temperatures, or other conditions outside our control.

5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and seek to collect and use personal information responsibly.
